Orders placed online are made by hand and will ship once they are ready. This process normally takes about 1-3 business days, but there are exceptions to this, including orders placed during promotions - specifically Cyber Monday and Sample Sale orders. If you need to receive your item by a certain date, please reach out to us at customercare@mjmmetal.com and we can assist you. 

Domestic packages are shipped with UPS service. Should you order to a PO Box, we will substitute with USPS service because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. UPS Ground service is a flat fee of $10. We recommend purchasing expedited shipping service if you need to receive your item by a certain date, please reach out to customercare@mjmmetal.com if you need to confirm any shipping times. Shipping fees are not refundable.

International packages are shipped with DHL service. International packages are subject to duties and taxes and are not included in the shipping price you pay at checkout. These are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are calculated once it reaches the destination country. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees and the payment is non-refundable. Should a package be rejected by the receiver due to fees, the package will be returned to us and the fees will be deducted from the refund.
