You can call, email, or come into one of our stores to chat with our retail associates, the choice is yours. Then, we'll get more specific and work out the exact details of the design, including a quote for the time and materials we need.

Step 2: Assemble Your Materials

We love to work with customer-owned stones. There's nothing more exciting than taking something old and forgotten and making it fresh and new. 

Step 3: Work It

Our expert jewelers form your pieces with great care, lovingly shaping, sanding, and hammering until the jewelry comes to life.

Step 4: Finishing Touches

Once the piece is completed and polished to perfection, it is inspected by our Quality Control department who gets up close and personal to make sure it is just right. Next, our photographer gets a few glamour shots of the ring for our archive.

Step 5: The Big Reveal

The final step is to ship or have the piece picked up in our stores. The anticipation is finally over, and the piece is ready to bring you joy. Seeing you happy with our work is far and away the most rewarding part of what we do.
