We are excited to be offering permanent jewelry welding at our Cobble Hill location. Treat yourself and your friends to a gift that will last a lifetime.
- We can accommodate one person per appointment. Please book separate appointments per person in your group. Plus get 10% off when booking parties of 2 or more!
- Walk-ins are accepted but we cannot guarantee a welding without an appointment.
- Minimum welding age is 10. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
FAQ
What is permanent jewelry?
We custom fit and weld a gold chain bracelet to your wrist. This means, there are no clasp and will permanently stay on- until you decide to remove it.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! Sparks and flashes will occur but they are painless and will not burn or shock you.
What options do you have? How much are they?
We currently offer a selection of 14k yellow gold chains and a few MJM handmade chains. They range from $98 to $800. *Chain selection based on availability. We can do bracelets, necklaces, anklets, or anything else you can dream up!
Where and how do I get one?
We currently offer bracelet welding at our Cobble Hill store. Appointments can be booked here. We also take our show on the road with Welding Pop Ups. We recommend joining our mailing list and following us on Instagram (@melissajoymanning) to find out where we are going next!
What happens if I show up without an appointment?
We do accept walk-ins but cannot guarantee a welding without an appointment. To book an appointment, click here. For groups, please book separate appointments for each member of your party.
What do I do if it falls off or stretches?
Not to worry, our chains are all solid 14k gold but they do have their limits. If your chain breaks or stretches, please email us at customercare@melissajoymanning to schedule a repair.
What do I do if I need to remove the bracelet/jewelry?
If you would like to remove your bracelet for any reason, we recommend cutting them off with a pair of scissors. If you need assistance or want us to do it professionally, please email us at customercare@melissajoymanning.com.
Can I get one for my kid?
Yes! We are happy to weld kids ages 10 or above and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
I have a clasp version of an MJM bracelet, can I have it permanently welded?
Yes, we would love to transform your current MJM bracelet into an infinity bracelet. Some chains and restrictions will apply so please contact our customer service before your appointment so we can confirm that we can make the switch.
Can I add a charm?
Yes! We have an array of charms available to add from our AllMine Necklace Charm Bar that you can add to our bracelet. Charms are sold separately and priced per stone.
