MJM Heirloom Stories: Harold and Amanda
Recently, our retail team in Berkeley worked with Harold and Amanda to redesign family pieces into a custom set of rings for Amanda.
First, we pulled the large stones from each of the rings to create two bezel set rings in 18 karat gold. Our master jeweler then bright cut the setting to create an outline around the stones. Next, we made a satin finished hammered band, nestling 1 tiny diamond on the interior of the band, a secret surprise detail known only to the wearer. Harold's idea was "for the diamond to make contact with Amanda's finger, to reflect the energy of the past life of the stones".
We wish Harold and Amanda a wonderful journey and look forward to creating more custom pieces for them with that inspiring collection Amanda inherited!
