Returns and Exchanges
Online Store
To initiate a return or exchange please email us at customercare@melissajoymanning.com or respond to your confirmation email. Please note the items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information in your message.
Our return period for standard online orders is 14 days from the delivery date of the package. Returns outside the 14-day window are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to ensure a refund. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom, made to order, and resized jewelry pieces are final sale and therefore not eligible for return. Store credit that is issued following a return or exchange cannot be applied to custom or made to order pieces.
The following restrictions apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and sale:
- Promo codes cannot be combined.
- Orders purchased at a discount of 25% off or greater are not eligible for refund- exchange or store credit only.
- Sample sale orders are final sale and therefore not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Promo codes or discounts cannot be applied retroactively- no exceptions.
Repairs
If you have an MJM piece in need of repair, please contact customercare@melissajoymanning.com and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number. Our basic repair fee is $50, however, additional material and labor fees may apply. Items purchased at a discount larger than 25% are not eligible for complimentary repair.
Lost an Earring?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to produce earring mates. However, if you are able to provide proof of purchase of your lost earrings, we are happy to extend a 20% discount on a new pair, should they be available. Any earrings no longer available are not subject to this discount and cannot be reproduced. Should you have a stone earring and wish to have it redesigned, please contact us at customerservice@melissajoymanning.com.
Shipping
Each domestic package is shipped with UPS, USPS or FedEx. Therefore, we are unable to ship directly to a PO box. Please note that UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. International shipments are eligible for DHL Worldwide service. Melissa Joy Manning Inc. is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
