Returns and Exchanges
Online StoreOur return period for standard online orders is 14 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable. To request a return please email us at email@example.com or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Restrictions apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. Promo codes cannot be combined. Any order purchased with a discount, including our sample sale is not refundable. Orders cannot have a promo code applied once they have been placed under any circumstances.
Please be aware that our store locations have a different return policy than online orders.
- All In-Store purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of discounted product and custom orders. In-store purchases cannot be refunded.
- Store credits expire 3 years from date of issue.
RepairsIf you have an MJM piece in need of repair, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number. Our basic repair fee is $25, however, additional material and labor fees may apply.
Lost an Earring?If so, we can help. Since our pieces are hand made, we will do our best to make another match for your remaining earring. Please contact email@example.com to find out if we are able to make a mate for your earring, and what the pricing would be for a make-a-mate repair.
Each domestic package is shipped with UPS, therefore we are unable to ship directly to a PO box. Please note that UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. International shipments are eligible for DHL Worldwide service. Melissa Joy Manning Inc. is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
