Online orders for ready to ship items will typically be fulfilled in two business days. Made to order pieces will ship between 6-8 weeks from the order date. There may be a delay in fulfilling orders placed during sales and promotions due to high volume. Domestic packages are shipped with UPS service. Should you order to a PO Box, we will substitute with USPS service because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. UPS Ground service is a flat fee of $10. We recommend purchasing expedited shipping service if you need to receive your item by a certain date. Please reach out to customercare@melissajoymanning.com if you need to confirm any shipping times. Shipping fees are not refundable.

International orders are not eligible for discounted shipping. International packages are shipped with DHL service. International packages are subject to duties and taxes and are not included in the shipping price you pay at checkout. These are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are calculated once it reaches the destination country. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees and the payment is non-refundable. Should a package be rejected by the receiver due to fees, the package will be returned to us and the fees will be deducted from the refund. If an international order is returned, we are unable to refund the original order shipping.
