Coral Projects is a non-profit art installation venture, highlighting and supporting the work of the Oracabessa Bay Fish Sanctuary. Coral Projects has three purposes:
1 — to create the first underwater eco-contemporary exhibition. These underwater sculptures feature emerging international and local artists using sustainable and eco-friendly materials permanently installed on ocean reefs. We expand where art is seen and experienced to the underwater realm sustainably.
2 — to promote local and international progress in rebuilding the coral, oyster and fish populations, such as at our partner site in the NY waterways and the Oracabessa Bay Fish Sanctuary, while supporting the local community.
3 — to globally broadcast the successful model and milestones of ocean stewardship and our model of contemporary art symbiotically living with the ocean life.
